This hands-on class gets you involved in making the group meals so you walk away with the confidence to create delicious and healthy meals at home this winter! Short Course Refund Policy
Students are entitled to a full refund of fees and charges where:
* A course is cancelled or re-scheduled to a time or location unsuitable to the student.
* A student is not given a place due to the class being full.
* A student withdraws prior to course commencement due to a serious illness, injury or disability that prevents the student from attending the course (medical certificate is required). After the start of classes a pro-rata refund of the tuition fee may be considered for serious medical reasons ONLY (medical certificate is required.

| Bring $30.00 to cover the cost of the food, consumables and ingredients required for the course. Bring a small amount of dishwashing liquid, a tea towel and chux dishcloth. It is wise to bring a container in case there is any un-eaten food. |

| Skills recognition is a formal assessment process which acknowledges the skills, knowledge and competencies that you have gained through work, informal training and life experience. You will be asked to provide evidence that you have the skills and knowledge required by a set of national competency standards.
If you are successful, you will be given credit towards the achievement of a nationally recognised qualification. This may mean that you do not have to study to receive the qualification, or that you have fewer units to complete.

| This workshop will show you how you too can use Raw & Living Foods to heal yourself and your relationship with food, while enjoying the creation of brilliant and exciting cuisine. Dishes such as Chili con Calabacin and desserts such as Raspberry Sorbet. Something for everyone. |

| Please note that Adult Education courses are non accredited courses.
Weekend Workshops & some courses it is suggested that you may wish to bring your own lunch and/or refreshments as cafe facilities are only available at certain times. Heathcote café (during the day) Fremantle only to 8:00pm. ACEPT and Murdoch have machines.

Special Needs: To find out about any “special requirements” (lifts, wheelchair access etc) at the venue or something that your lecturer should be confidentially aware of please contact the Course Coordinator on 9229 8451. Courses are subject to sufficient enrolments. There are no classes on either the Saturdays or Mondays of a long weekend. |
